Bob likes to sit down with buyers first to find out what they are looking for. Also to inform the first time buyers what to expect throughout the transaction, strategize a smooth transition for move up buyers and look at ROI and cash flow with investors.

Next he previews properties so that when he shows properties, those properties are the best ones to fit his client’s needs. There is never any pressure to buy, but once we have found the right property and you have made the decision it is the right one, Bob will go full out to help you get that property.
